Private Training One-on-One
Our facility is a private studio that features many of the amenities of a large gym minus the intimidating environment, as everyone you will see here is just as results driven as you. You may be uncertain how to start a program so that is where we come in – we will work with you to figure out an ideal program that will help you to get results and fit your budget.
Kinesiology Personal Training goes beyond regular personal training. A kinesiologist uses science-based knowledge of anatomy and movement to create safe, personalized programs that improve performance, prevent injury, and support rehab. Coupled with a university degree is Kinesiology our trainers understand the human body which makes them the ideal Personal Trainer. If you have pain, past injuries, or want a more clinical, tailored approach, Kinesiology Personal Training is the next level.
Our Personal Trainers are great for motivation, accountability, general fitness and health, looking to recover from an injury, we are there to help. If you are looking to get in shape, shed some weight, become more flexible, gain strength and simply feel healthier, our Personal Trainers are there to guide you in that journey.

Our Process to Personal Training
To achieve your goals and get you to your finish line, we start with an in-depth consultation. We’ll uncover, discuss and assess your health history, past routines, injuries, motivations, personal preferences, lifestyle, and anything else pertaining to your health fitness.
Once we have a clear picture of your starting point, our team of trainers will work together to formulate your personal fitness plans. Each plan is unique-to-you and designed to expedite your fitness goals, optimize your overall health, and position you for longevity – while addressing your specific needs.
The next step is to EXECUTE the Training plan.
Each and every training session is led by an experienced Kinesiologist Trainer who specializes in the specific exercise style being coached (ie. strength training, HIIT, cardio, etc.)

Semi-Private Training
The most effective way to reach your fitness goals with a friend, partner or small group.
Many of our clients prefer training with a friend, spouse, partner and enjoy a small group environment to train as a team. With our Semi-Private Personal training package offers a perfect blend of time flexibility, customized programming, high attention to your specific needs and goals, and provides cost effective savings.
With a maximum 5-to-1 client-to-trainer ratio, you’ll receive the same amount of coaching attention as you would with private training.

Every class has a different Circuit training. The training is a full-body workout that improves muscular endurance, heart health, and strength and muscle growth. It can also help to boost your metabolism and burn calories long after your workout. Circuit training is a workout that involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body, you can use weights or just your body weight and you go at your own pace within the allocated time given for each exercise. Focusing on different muscle groups in a short amount of time is an effective exercise that can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle.
Our Group Class Training sessions are built to combine expert coaching with the energy of a supportive community. Each class is designed to challenge your body, improve your fitness, and keep you motivated in a fun and dynamic environment.
